These terms apply to all orders placed on Clocktic, operated by Scruber BV, Zonnige Urenlaan 4, 8670 Koksijde, West Flanders, Belgium, VAT BE0748.545.535.
Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and you have paid. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is evident; any payment already made is then refunded in full.
Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery within the EU is free. Discounts shown on the site (such as the seasonal sale or the 7% discount for signed-in customers) are already included in the prices shown at checkout.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (SEPA), Visa / Mastercard (payment link by email).

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days. See our returns policy for the procedure.
Warranty
The 2-year legal warranty of conformity applies to all products.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law provides otherwise.
Disputes
Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
