Accepted payment methods
The following payment methods are available at checkout. All prices are in euro and include VAT.
- Bank transfer (SEPA) — All EU countries
- Visa / Mastercard (payment link by email) — All EU countries
How payment works
Bank transfer (SEPA): after you place your order, our bank details and your order number are shown on the confirmation page, on the Track order page and in your account. Use the order number as the payment reference. After paying you can click “I have paid”; your order status then changes to “Checking payment”. The order ships once the transfer has been received.
Visa / Mastercard: after you place your order, we send you a personal secure payment link for that order. The link is also shown on the Track order page and in your account. The card payment is processed by our payment service, which confirms the payment to us. We never see or store your card details.
Prices are in euro and include VAT. No payment surcharges apply.
