We deliver to all member states of the European Union.
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: free, transit 1–2 business days
- Germany, France: free, transit 2–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: free, transit 3–5 business days
Costs
Delivery is free to every EU country, with no minimum order value. There are no extra handling fees.
Handling and transit time
Handling time: 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Transit time: 2–5 business days, delivery Monday to Friday.
All parcels are insured and tracked. Carrier: DHL Express / DPD. You can follow the status of your order at any time on the Track order page or in your account.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact form, quoting your order number and attaching photos of the parcel and the item. We will then send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected transit time, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
