Our payment service (for card payments), our bank, shipping carriers, our website and database hosting provider, and Google or Apple when you choose to sign in with them. Live chat messages may be answered with the help of an AI assistant operated by our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
Order and invoice data: 7 years (Belgian accounting law). Customer service and chat messages: 2 years. Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
