Are the watches new and original?
Yes. All watches are new, with the original box and the documents supplied by the manufacturer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit takes 2–5 business days depending on the country, Monday to Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to all EU countries, with no minimum order.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank transfer (SEPA) and Visa / Mastercard. For card payments you receive a personal secure payment link for your order. See the payment methods page for details.
Can I return a watch?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unworn and complete. Refunds are issued within 7 working days after we receive the return.
What warranty applies?
The 2-year EU legal warranty of conformity. Any additional manufacturer warranty is described on the warranty card supplied by the brand.
Are smartwatches compatible with my phone?
Compatibility (iPhone, Android) is listed in the specifications of each smartwatch.
