Genuine products, clearly presented
Clocktic sells only genuine, new watches and smartwatches from the brands named in our catalogue. An original product is made by the stated brand; our independent retail status describes how we sell it, not who manufactured it.
We describe each model by its brand, reference and specifications so you can identify the product you are buying.
Independent watch shop
Clocktic is an independent shop, not an official dealer or representative of the brands we sell. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.
Where we purchase our watches
We purchase watches from various suppliers. The presence of a brand in our catalogue does not mean that we have an official partnership with that brand.
Original packaging and product information
Our watches are supplied new in their original manufacturer packaging. The accompanying accessories and documents depend on the model and the manufacturer’s supplied set. If a particular document or accessory matters to you, ask us to confirm it for the model before placing your order.
A model reference, barcode or branded box helps identify a product, but is not, on its own, proof of authenticity.
Warranty
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Scruber BV, the seller operating Clocktic, is your point of contact for this guarantee. Our independent status does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
A manufacturer’s commercial warranty is separate from the legal guarantee. Its availability, duration and service conditions depend on the brand, the specific product and the manufacturer’s terms. We do not promise manufacturer warranty coverage for every model; contact us before buying if you need confirmation for a particular watch.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return or exchange for any product within 30 days of delivery, whether it is defective or not, in every EU country we serve. Returns are free: after confirming your request, we email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days, using the original payment method.
For a change-of-mind return, keep the watch unworn and return its original packaging, documents and accessories. The full return conditions are set out in our Returns & refunds policy. If you have a concern about the product’s authenticity or conformity, contact us with your order number and the details of your concern; we will review it and arrange the appropriate remedy under your consumer rights.

Before or after your purchase, you can ask about the watch’s origin, its supplied set or warranty at info@clocktic.com, via WhatsApp on +32 465 50 28 33, or through our contact form. Please quote the model reference or your order number. We will explain the information available for that product without presenting our shop as an official brand dealer.
