Return window
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unworn, with all protective films, tags, the original box, manuals and warranty cards.
Return costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

Scruber BV, Zonnige Urenlaan 4, 8670 Koksijde, West Flanders, Belgium. Please contact us through the contact form before sending, quoting your order number, so we can register your return.
Refund
Once your return has arrived in our warehouse you receive a refund of the payment within 7 working days, using the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective item or a different item from the one you ordered, contact us within the return window. We cover the return shipping and send you the correct or a replacement item, or refund you in full if you prefer.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been shipped by contacting us through the contact form or the “Ask a question about this order” button on the Track order page.
Legal warranty
All products are covered by the 2-year EU legal warranty of conformity. Where the manufacturer offers its own warranty, the warranty card is included and its terms are set by the manufacturer.
